In addition the ADC team have a significant amount of experience integrating internal data from blue-chip UK client’s transactional systems into analytical solutions.
Location intelligence tools are frequently used to integrate multiple disparate datasets into a coherent pool of information about the business problem to be solved. For example insurance perils data is typically spatial and by combining the locations of a particular ‘book’ with the perils data a view on exposure is generated. To take a financial services example, by combining the internal account holdings data with analytical data about the population, branch locations and competitor locations data an early view on true ‘branch performance’ can be arrived at.
Additionally the ADC team acts as a conduit for UK clients looking to source global data. Based on Pitney Bowes Software’s extensive global coverage we able to recommend and source analytical and business data for all major countries in both local and English language. The UK ADC team frequently work on transnational and international projects and are in a position to deliver data consulting based on real-life project experience.
