Target your customer group
The Segmentation Plug-in’s target group index ranks customer and site profiles according to how they match up against a specified target group. The target group system segments the cluster data into four main groupings – core, expansion, conversion and non-target. The AnySite® Segmentation Plug-in gives you control over the number of target groups and the naming convention.
Identify market potential
The AnySite® Segmentation Plug-in market potential report allows you to rank geographies according to specific profile criteria. For each geography selected for comparison, the report includes potential, base count and market potential index (MPI). The potential is the market potential and displays the number of potential customers in a target location. The base count displays the total number of a specific demographic located in the specified geographic area. The MPI displays a monetary statistics value.
Correlate sister-store sales potential
The AnySite® Segmentation Plug-in sister-store correlation functionality enables you to:
- create trade areas around sister-stores
- append store data, such as store sales, opening date and number of competitors
- correlate potential sites against sister-stores with similar characteristics, such as density class, market and maturity
Finding or correlating similarities between existing and proposed store trade areas allows you to identify and predict sales potential and successful marketing strategies for new locations.
