Kelly Oliver
Assistant General Counsel
Kelly Oliver is an Assistant General Counsel for Pitney Bowes Inc. She provides legal support and counsel to PBBI in the implementation of strategic initiatives, the drafting and negotiating of sales and vendor contracts, intellectual property protection and enforcement, various compliance and risk mitigation matters and litigation management. Kelly serves on the Executive Leadership Team and advises the executive leaders of PBBI on legal matters.
Prior to joining PBBI, Kelly spent several years providing various counseling and advocacy services for not-for-profit homelessness advocacy organizations.
Kelly has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2003. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel. She holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University, and a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
