Tell me about your background?
Following 5 years of college / university education and success dabbling in various sporting disciplines I spent 20 years working in the Civil and Highway Engineering sectors, within the Water Industry and Local Government respectively, followed by the last 12 years working within the IT / IS private sector with Pitney Bowes Software.
Distilled, those 30 years revolved around the management of various shapes and sizes of projects; and increasingly over the last 15 years the management of change as private companies / Local Authorities sought to develop / improve their information for better decision making.
Why did you decide to accept our offer of employment and join Pitney Bowes Software?
A number of factors really. The company was and still is actively expanding and, significantly, made a serious financial commitment to develop the Confirm product. With investment, expansion there follows opportunity, challenge and career progression.
