I work in the Engineering team in Chatham looking after the Quality Assurance & Documentation team for one of our core products.

Over 6 years.

Tell me about your background
I joined the company as a Support Consultant where I was tasked with learning our application and supporting our user base. After three years I progressed on to a role which allowed me to have further input into the product design and documentation. We identified the need to perform formal QA on developments that we were completing so created a QA team. I now manage the QA and Documentation team in our Chatham office.

Why did you decide to accept our offer of employment and join Pitney Bowes Software?
I originally joined a small company with great plans but limited resources. I started during a very exciting time, the volume of development that we were completing and the number of new customers was staggering. We were then acquired by Pitney Bowes Software and that momentum has continued, we now have a clear roadmap and resources to fulfill our plans.

What do you like the best about working here?
We work in a constantly evolving industry where we are finding new ways to work and technologies to help us. There is a large team and we have clear opportunities for progression and self development.

What do you feel differentiates Pitney Bowes Software from other places that you could work?
The company is forward thinking in the areas that we work and is not afraid to make changes to improve. We have a great team spirit which makes working life more enjoyable.
