Group Personal Pension Plan
This scheme is a collection of individual, fully portable Personal Pension Plans gathered under one corporate umbrella. The Company will match employee contributions into the Plan up to a maximum of 5% of your basic salary. The minimum employee contribution is 3%.
BUPA Private Medical Cover
This is offered on a non-contributory basis for employees and their spouses or children. If employees wish to have family cover they may elect to pay for covering their children.
Permanent Health Insurance
The Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) Scheme may provide a regular income (75% of income) for Pitney Bowes Software employees who are absent from work due to illness or injury for a prolonged period, after 13 weeks' continuous absence.
Life Assurance
A lump sum of 4 x annual remuneration is payable if an employee dies in service before their Normal Retirement Date whilst employed by Pitney Bowes Software.
Annual Leave
Standard annual leave is 26 days, plus bank holidays increasing to 28 days after 5 years service.

Childcare Vouchers
Employee can elect to have up to £243 per month in childcare vouchers. The Government concession allows for the instalments to be made from gross pay, not net pay, which means tax and national insurance are saved.
Cycle to Work Scheme
You can pay for the bicycle in easy instalments, through payroll via a salary sacrifice, over a 12 month period. The Government concession allows for the instalments to be made from gross pay, not net pay, which means tax and national insurance are saved on the value of the bike and accessories (you will also get a VAT reduction within the repayments). Scheme entry dates are the 1st May and 1st November.
Employee Discounts
Discounted products and services, ranging from travel and entertainment through consumer products to cars. Prestigious brands like Apple, Ford and Sharp participate in the programme.
Car Park facilities
Pitney Bowes Software provides car parking facilities to all employees at all our UK offices apart from the London City office. This can be used at weekends too.
